Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. Each booking is for 1 child and 1 adult. Children (including siblings) who are outside the specified age for this class are not permitted. The only exception is for babies (pre-walking) who can accompany the parent/guardian and the booked child. Doors close 10 minutes after the class has started.
A fun and inclusive drop in Badminton session for Adults with a disability. Carers are welcome to attend and support.
A walking session where we focus on fitness. This is definitely not a ramble but is suitable for most abilities. To work on fitness we utilise the hills of Ledbury, vary speed and incorporate arm work. A great way to build up fitness and also the opportunity for those wishing to start/return to running after an injury or training break. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
