A coach-led wheelchair tennis session for beginners and intermediates every Tuesday from 11.00AM -1.00 PM and every Thursday from 6.00PM - 8.00PM at the Cathie Sabin Community Tennis Centre, Sundorne Rd, Shrewsbury, on the site of the Shrewsbury Club.
Be.Fit Together” is our twice-weekly drop-in session at Laura Trott Leisure Centre especially for people with a permanent or long term physical disability. The session is designed to encourage independent exercise in our main gym, as well as offering small group balance work in a separate area. It is a sociable, supportive group who come together in the cafe at the end of the session for a chat. Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
