These sessions are quieter with reduced capacity to cater for individuals with learning and disability needs, whether a physical or a hidden disability. Sessions are suitable for fitness, socialising, and rehabilitation.
Walking football is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”. Wheelchair Basketball is a unique sport which encompasses both people with disabilities and people who are able-bodied. The Club has a Youth Section (ages 7-16) and an Adult Section (ages 14+). Sports chairs can be provided.
