Want to give tennis a go? A complete beginner? Why not come along to our beginner's tennis session Tennis Xpress. We have wheelchairs you can borrow, or you can bring your own. This is suitable for you if you've never tried tennis before or if you have a little experience. Suitable for those with and without physical disabilities.
The Scottish Paraclimbing Club is run by its members and volunteers, and provides a chance for beginners to learn climbing, or for existing climbers to climb and socialise with others. The club meets every Thursday evening at 7pm at EICA. We run a come and try session for new prospective members (pre-booking is required).
