At Cambridge Karate Club, we practice Shotokan Karate offering training to students of all ages and abilities. We are part of the Shotokan Karate Association and there are 4 gradings per year, along with an open day and some additional events for more advanced students.
Our Tai Chi class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Tai Chi steps from the front of the hall, talking you through each of the movements.
