These sessions are open to new and existing para athletes (12 and up) to work with experienced coaches. This is a Quiet Soft Play session for children up to 10 years old. Some session features include no music, familiar faces, and reduced capacity. Junior tickets include 1 free adult. All additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be worn at all times. No outside food or drink is permitted.
Sunday Runs vary depending on the training plans and seasons. Check facebook group for details each week Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance.
