South Essex is proud of SEN structured Gymnastics programme. with its growing popularity we are extending the programme to a drop in weekend session where parents and children can attend to adjust to the gym and meet the coaches. We are proud to offer a disability specific class which follows both a competitive and recreational pathway on a smaller scale with qualified members of staff, to learn more please contact Dave Rapley below.
We have Recreational to Advanced classes from 45min to 10hrs per week, from 3y and Squad groups -under invitation only- from 6y.o. Children train on the following Apparatus: Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, Parallel Bars, Sprung Floor, Vault, Harness, Pommel Horse, Mushrooms. For Rhythmic Gymnastics are: Ball, ribbon, hoop, clubs and Rope. Join us today!

Wheelchair basketball sessions for people with and without disabilities on Saturday evenings with two sessions for players of different abilities aged 5 and above. We play friendly games both home and away and are playing in the BWB Inspire League in the 2024-2025 season. Wheelchair Basketball can be played by people with and without disabilities aged 5 and upwards - Our club welcomes players of all abilities so come and have a go - we guarantee you will enjoy it!
