Weekly Club training session for junior members aged 8 - 17 years inclusive. Our Wheelchair Rugby sessions are focused on fun physical activity teaching young players the skills for participation in GBWR Junior events. We also ensure that players are supported to transition to the senior programme as and when required.
Sessions open to all adult players 18+ or Junior players who have completed a GBWR fit to play assessment. Weekly club sessions for players eligible to play either WR5s or Classified Paralympic Wheelchair Rugby. All sessions are led by GBWR level 2 recognised coach.

Come along as a beginner or a more advanced level pole student. We will teach spins, tricks and short combos on static and spin pole. Use any membership for this class or do one off sessions.
