Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
This popular Forest location has a choice of beautiful walks- open heathland with beautiful views for good weather and a great inclosure with cycle tracks as well as grass rides for a bit of variety. All options have some good hills!
This simple yoga and stretch session is a great way to reduce any stiffness felt within the body and to aide greater mobility and ease of movement in general.
