This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.

Anyone who has a permanent physical impairment, aged over 8, can play wheelchair rugby with us. You do not need to be a wheelchair user to play. We have both adult and junior teams. Wheelchair Rugby is a mixed gender sport. There are two versions of wheelchair rugby, catering for different levels of impairments (4’s & 5’s). We also have a rugby league team. We play Wheelchair Rugby League which is an adapted version of the running game using a rugby ball. We training on a Monday evening 7pm to 9pm at York Sports Centre, Heslington, York, YO10 5NA.
