Interested parties should initially contact the above. They will then be invited along on a Tuesday evening to see the club and to be introduced to the sport of prone target rifle shooting. Mixed ability. Equipment class using the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac Tower and Pilates Chair. This class uses the fundamentals of Pilates (improved posture, stability, flexibility and strength) and incorporates these into a higher intensity session using the Pilates equipment and small weights to strengthen, stretch and tone giving you that fabulous Pilates body – we may get a little sweaty in this class too!
We teach our unique Pole fitness syllabus at 8 different levels with a set syllabus for each level that ensures safe progression and a vast collection of moves to suit everyone. Each lesson you will learn new tricks, spins and transitions whilst perfecting those you have already been taught.
Community disability swimming sessions. Whatever your disability, fitness or water confidence, come and join our community sessions to be active in the water. We have a team of volunteers are to support, motivate and be friendly face.
Come along as a beginner or a more advanced level pole student. We will teach spins, tricks and short combos on static and spin pole. Use any membership for this class or do one off sessions.
