A chair based workout which is fun all the way. The chair allows a stable support whilst you are doing your class. Exercises are based around lifting the heart rate, strengthening and stretching your muscles. All done with the support of a chair. Ymarfer corff mewn cadair sy'n hwyl drwyddo draw. Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”. The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
A welcoming, gentle and relaxed experience in the pool. Great for people who are simply wanting a quieter low key session to enjoy swimming.
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: Children 18M–4Y = 1 full paying adult – 2 children. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
Mainly seated class to help support stronger bones, improve mobility and daily active living. Suitable for people who are at risk of falling or who have fallen previously and are gaining confidence.
Our aim is to encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.

An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Pre-registration is required before attending your first Good Boost session, please contact your local leisure facility.
