Weekly women's Rugby group in South East London. We meet at 10:00-12:00 on Sundays and train for 2 hours in Burgess Park. Run by an experienced rugby sports coach. Our session includes a warm up, stretches, games and cool down. We offer a modified training sessions to suit different abilities and fitness levels. We currently run a Children's Pan Disability football session on Sunday Mornings for anyone with additional needs, and are starting a new weekday session on Monday evenings from late September 2024. We also run Walking football sessions for over 50's and will be starting an over 70';s version this autumn.
