Greenwich parkrun is a free, weekly, 5km timed run that takes place every Saturday at 9am in Avery Hill park near Eltham. Greenwich parkrun is open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in. Join us for a weekly timed run, jog, or walk over a measured 5km (3.1 mile) course which starts and finishes in Apex Park.
