Group fitness class consisting of basic weightlifting moves to improve general health, improve bone strength and muscle density. Suitable for all fitness levels 16+
Suitable for all levels. A restful, calming class incorporating different aspects of yoga. This slightly longer class (90 minutes) allows time to explore postures, relaxation, breathing and meditation. A perfect beginner's class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. Age 14+.
