Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. If you’d like to take part all you have to do is come along to the start point and make yourself known to one of the trained walk leaders. Move within your own limits: you can sit, use a chair for support or stand - choose whatever works best for you. 60 minutes of exercise followed by a cuppa, cake and chat.
