A class which includes specific exercises to support people living with Parkinson's disease with an emphasis on big movement, high effort, strengthening, balance and co-ordination to challenge the brain and body. Participants must be able to walk between circuit stations and participate in the higher intensity exercises independently

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Badminton is a very inclusive sport. This session is aimed particularly at adult participants who have an intellectual (learning) disability (Minimum age 16). If you would like to get involved with the great game of badminton, then this group could be for you.
