We provide free cricket training for all young people aged 10 - 25 years old. We deliver fun, engaging activities which help develop and have fun while playing cricket. We have 2 sets of nets where you can practice bowling or batting in a competitive environment as-well as tape ball matches against other participants.

Delivered by qualified dance instructors, our Norwich pan-disability Dance Sessions introduce participants aged 8+ to the basics of dance in fun, weekly classes. Focusing on key dance skills, the sessions, supported by funding from the Foundation, include routines and fun games. Participants can also look forward to exciting performance opportunities throughout the year. Sessions will take place at Carrow Park and will cost £2 per session.
