Walking football for men and women over the age of 50. Matches usually based on a 7-A-Side format, 25 mins each way. A slower form of football which is great for steady cardio fitness, fun and friendships.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. A swim session for people with disabilities, parents and carers are welcome

Join our special session supporting the national Let’s Lift the Curfew campaign, empowering women to stay active and feel safe after dark. Take part in this community workout and help challenge the “silent curfew” that keeps many from enjoying evening activity.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
