PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. Claire’s classes are welcoming and aimed at having a dance experience. Inspired by classical and contemporary dance repertoire – from the romatic Les Sylphides, to the modern day Nutcracker. Carers are welcome to join in or observe with a cup of tea or coffee. This class is aimed at anyone who loves to move but cannot access a full class, whether you have a medical diagnosis such as dementia or Parkinson’s, or have a learning or physical disability that restricts how comfortable you feel joining...

Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.

Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
