Improve your health and well-being by taking part in our Tai-Chi for Health Programme. Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels. Develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow, fluid movements that can help promote relaxation. Every Friday Session 1: 1:00-2:00pm Session 2: 2:15-3:15pm. £2 per session. A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant tennis skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.
