*** Please note there is no instructor present at this class on 8th, 15th & 22nd December 2023*** The low intensity pool workout is suitable for everyone and will help improve your general fitness, Particularly suitable for individuals searching for a low impact workout or individuals new to exercise.
Join in on our social walks on Fridays!! With our trained community team and volunteers with tea and coffee afterwards. Low level flat walks, consisting of 3 routes - short, medium, long depending on walkers abilities.

These sessions are quieter with reduced capacity to cater for individuals with learning and disability needs, whether a physical or a hidden disability. Sessions are suitable for fitness, socialising, and rehabilitation.
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Pre-registration is required before attending your first Good Boost session, please contact your local leisure facility.
Chair based exercises.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
A welcoming, gentle and relaxed experience in the pool. Great for people who are simply wanting a quieter low key session to enjoy swimming.
