Chair Fit classes are fun, friendly, fitness that focus on flexibility, strengthening muscles, improving range of motion, posture, core, balance, reduce stiffness and raising energy levels.
A mindful 60 minute practice which will include movement, stillness, breath work and relaxation. Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.

Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centres, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs.
