The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. This Postural Stability class is taught by a fully qualified PSI Instructor. This class consists of a warm up and mobility exercises for the joints. Strength work in standing & seated using body weight, therabands (resistance bands) and hand weights. There is floor based work and so your own exercise mat is required.
