Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. Meeting at 9.45 at the main entrance of Newquay Zoo for a slow paced 30-40 minute weekly walk that will start at 10am. The 13 acre site has a circular path which is fully accessible to those with mobility issues, users of mobility aids. The walk is a friendly social group organised by the Health Coaches and Social Prescribers at the two Newquay Surgeries.
