Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that can benefit people of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Martial art trial classes
Tuesday evening 60 min exercise session outdoors on astroturf. 15 minute pre-session warm up and everything is supplied from bibs to the ball. All you need to do is bring a water bottle, suitable footwear, and turn up to have fun. Each week there is are different captains nominated (see our YouTube channel). Be prepared to make new friends and your first session is completely FREE! First Aiders & Defibrillators are also available pitch side.
Coaching sessions take place Tuesday evenings during term time at Wolverhampton Grammar School. Our coaches deliver high quality coaching sessions. Children are coached within their own age brands and have the chance to meet new friends.
North East Bulls Wheelchair Rugby Club are a long established club in the North East. We have been providing an opportunity for Physically Disabled participants to play and train in a social and fun environment. Our sessions run 6-9pm Tuesday and Thursdays out of Sedgfield Community College in Sedgefield, C.
