Walking netball is a slower, adapted version of the traditional sport designed to be inclusive for people of all ages and fitness levels, where players walk instead of run, and the rules are modified to suit a slower pace. This version of the game is popular for its fun, social benefits, health advantages, and ability to allow people to return to netball after injury or a long break.
