All round fitness class for seniors incorporating endurance, strength and balance exercises. Variations of exercises are shown to support different abilities. Each class is a little different but always fun and friendly! The class is now taking place in Stirchley Baths Community Centre.
Dance like no one is watching - in a fun and friendly over 50's environment.Stay for a coffee afterwards to meet new friends. All classes 45 mins. Simple to follow dance routines, variations given for different levels of fitness. Wear comfortable shoes that are not too grippy. Each session is £7.50 Please call to book a place as spaces are still limited to allow plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable.

We offer three different levels of walking groups to suit a variety of fitness levels and preferences: Walk Plus A brisk, faster-paced group (3.5 to 4 miles per hour), ideal for those who are generally fit and already walk regularly. Do you want to meet new people and have fun whilst exercising? Come along to these free adapted exercise sessions which are aimed for older people with health conditions to improve general fitness. The class will be led by a qualified instructor, who is experienced in running classes for the over 50's. Carers welcome.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong seated classes for health - ideal for those with long term health issues, the elderly and infirm (e.g - Parkinson's, osteoporosis, cancer, arthritis, copd & respiratory issues, balance issues etc) For relaxation, health. fitness and well being. Improves balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, breathing, and so much more. Class content includes Qi Gong Chinese health exercises with slow body & breath work, adapted Tai Chi hand form movements, also adapted Fan Form.
