Displaying local activities and events running in the next two weeks
A swimming session aimed for over 60s as well as adults and children with disabilities. It’s a great way to socialise and relax in a pool environment.
Each booking is for 1 child and 1 adult. Children (including siblings) who are outside the specified age for this class are not permitted. The only exception is for babies (pre-walking) who can accompany the parent/guardian and the booked child. Doors close 10 minutes after the class has started.
Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.
ALN Soft Play sessions for children up to 10 years. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be worn at all times
Our gentle circuit exercise class is designed to support patients before, during and after cancer treatment. This class will gently work your whole body and is achievable for all levels of fitness. A Prehab/Rehab class that is designed to support you in returning to exercise or for those who are new to keeping fit.
A legs, bums and tums class is a perfect way to improve your overall body shape
This class starts with basic breathing and includes mediation protection, visual mediation, healing meditation, gratitude practice and finishes with a healing drum session, suitable for all and can be done seated or lying. Please bring a blanket
Our disability multi-sport sessions are fully inclusive and led by qualified coaches or instructors. Participants have the opportunity to benefit from team games, develop their communication skills, increase their confidence and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Wednesdays | 11:15–12:15 Fridays | 11:30-12:30 Cost – £3.30 per session
Love to Move is a British Gymnastics class which is an age and dementia friendly gymnastics session. Specifically designed to get older people moving and functioning better, Love to Move uses foundation gymnastic skills, cognitive stimulation therapy and social interaction activities to achieve this.
