Please arrive at 9.15 for a 9.30am start. Starting from Milldale car park we will walk across fields to Hall Dale into Dovedale, following the river before climbing up Bayley Hill ( of Leaden Boot fame) then across to the Tissington Trail and returning along the banks of the Dove back to Milldale. For this walk we will encounter squeeze stiles, stiles, gates, cows, mud, steep slopes, farm tracks, country lanes and trails. We are an Inclusive Football club based in Chalfont St Peter who welcomes children and young people with SEN of all ages and abilities. Award winning coaches support the young people to get involved, have fun and make friends in an inclusive environment. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Led Group Bike Rides - We attampt to accommodate the abilities and preferences of riders with several rides on different routes, distances and pace. There is a social cafe stop and no one is dropped. Bikes are available for hire
Trampoline Coaching. Everyone is welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.
A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
