GOGA Fit is an inclusive fitness class aimed at developing your fitness with a series of low intensity exercise that can be adapted to suit your needs. These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
