This is a gentle walk but suitable for all levels as there will be plenty of opportunities to do extra loops and some great hills!
A high energy 60 minute walk - mainly in gear 3! This lovely route takes us through the inclosure and out onto the picturesque moorlands before looping back. There will be a couple of good hills too!

Gentle WALX which incorporate balance work, flexibility and strength exercises and maybe a bit of tai chi or relaxation too. All Wellness session incorporating gentle fitness walking with above activities, taught by a retired nurse.
