A boxing class supported by medical professionals and specialist personal trainers. Equipment provided to allow all to take part no matter your ability or fitness level. A fun 45 minute exercise class designed to get the most out of you whilst having fun and socialising. A class designed for people following a cardiac episode, including surgery, to continue to be active in a safe environment.
Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
One 45 minute Hatha Yoga class adaptable for students of all levels. Each week we work through different standing seated and inverted postures, working with the breath, concentration and bandhas (abdominal and pelvic floor)
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
