These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
We are pleased to confirm our next Witham Walk&Talk4Men event with Alex MacGregor, which is our usual River Walk for our gents and bros, taking place on Sunday 22nd June, meeting outside the Town Hall in Newland Street at 11am and starting off at 11:15am. Learn to SUP on our 2-hour beginner paddleboard lesson at SUPsect stand up paddle boarding school at Paper Mill Lock near Chelmsford, Essex. Starting from absolute basics we teach all of the essential paddle skills in our 2-hour Learn to SUP lesson. Roller derby training
Our Wado-Ryu karate sessions are led by Robert Camp who competed from a young age for England and continues to compete himself professionally. The session is open to all ages from age 4 and upwards - parents can join in with their children - and all abilities!
