Disability and Inclusive Activity Clubs are fun and accessible that provide Paralympic and multi-sports for disabled people. Delivering high quality sports and physical activity provision for the community and offering expert knowledge of disability sport through our fully-qualified sports coaches
Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

For folks who want to work on the fundamentals of aerial hoop and fitness. You will learn mounts and dismounts onto the hoop and various poses within and under the hoop. Expect lots of fun conditioning exercises and moves to get you flying. Pre-requisities: None! This class is for total beginners and up, come as you are!
Grade 3 - 1 hour, about 3 miles, moderate hills, faster pace and possible stiles - Grade 4 - Up to 90 minutes, about 4 - 5 miles, possible steep inclines and stiles - (No walks on May 6, 27 Aug 26). We are a community archery club who cater for all levels of archer. Our AGB qualified coaches can coach to competition level, and we run regular weekly club sessions. Looking to try archery? - we run monthly taster sessions where you can come and try it for yourselves. The coaches will teach you basic tedhnique whilst you enjoy an hour's shooting with us.
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
