We currently run a Children's Pan Disability football session on Sunday Mornings for anyone with additional needs, and are starting a new weekday session on Monday evenings from late September 2024. We also run Walking football sessions for over 50's and will be starting an over 70';s version this autumn.

An inclusive, fun game for all ages and all abilities. Bowls is a social sport which provides gentle exercise. The basics are very easy to get you started, but with practice, it can be a very skillful and addictive pastime. You will play in teams and sessions last no more than two hours. Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
Pace one A 2k to 3k gentle WALX that incorporates balance work, flexibility and strength exercises and maybe a bit of yoga or relaxation too. On Monday these walks take place around Stanmore and Harrow Weald on mainly flat terrain but we do go on trails through the woods so that we can enjoy the changes in nature throughout the year.
