We are a inclusive cycling centre delivering cycling sessions to people with disabilities and differing needs across East Sussex and surrounding Counties.
A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
Various sports activities held inside a sports hall for adults with a range of disabilities. Sessions are run by qualified coaches and supported by DBS cleared volunteers
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. Come and join us for our wellness walks as we set off from the centre reception for a short guided walk suitable to all abilities
St Elizabeths Church, Leamington Road, Reddish, Stockport, SK5 6DJ SMILE is a low impact and gentle exercise concept developed by Life Leisure. The programme provides a fun, engaging and adaptable exercise and physical activity sessions for older adults and those with long term health conditions or disabilities.
Resistance Bands is a gentle exercise strengthening your muscles using elasticated bands as resistance. The instructor tailors the session to your own strengths with optional degrees of difficulty.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
