The programme will include strength and mobility exercises as well as building running fitness. Walking Netball is supportive, community focussed and a good old laugh! It is a slower version of the game of Netball, at walking pace. The sessions will be run by an England Netball coach and are super welcoming and tend to follow the format of warm-up, mini-games and drills followed by a friendly game. You can also come and join us upstairs afterwards for a free hot drink!

Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support.
