PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Our class is designed for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s or those with early/moderate-stage Parkinson’s. This exercise classes will help with strength, balance, movement and flexibility using body weight exercises.
Lasts up to 45 minutes, about 2 miles, uneven surface and moderate hills. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water.
