This is a low-impact seated exercise class that focuses on improving your flexibility, strength, and balance. Delivered by an expert instructor, sessions can be adapted to your level of ability and you can finish your session with a free hot tea or coffee.
Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.

Keep Fit With Cake is a gentle exercise and dance class suitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. The whole session is seat based. The exercise session is followed by a social with refreshments and cake.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Inclusive boccia session led by Sport for Confidence. Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centers, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs.
A fun and engaging bowls session adapted to be inclusive for all. Led by a fully qualified coach with all equipment provided. Wear suitable clothing and clean flat (no ridges) footwear.
