A confidence swim is ideal for adults who are looking to build confidence in a supportive and social environment before joining a general swim. A qualified swimming teacher is available for guidance. Welcome and guidance for 25 minutes before the session start time. There will also be tea and coffee available.
Chair yoga is practiced either sitting or using chairs for support in various postures and is designed to mindfully increase range of motion while meeting students where they are. This class is ideal for students with limited mobility or healing from injury.

Inclusive cycling session delivered outside using adapted bikes, led by Sport for Confidence. Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centres, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs.
Gentle yoga course taught in person with British Wheel of Yoga teacher Tamsin Kelly. This class is perfect for someone who is new to yoga or enjoys a slower paced class. The poses can be adapted for people recovering from an injury or who have a limitation. In addition students also have access to pre-recorded yoga classes with Tamsin for home practice.
