Our Skill X classes are based on developing athletic performance using a balanced training format scientifically proven to increase physical capacities. All workouts are designed to supercharge your Power, Agility, Speed, and Stamina, all within a short 45-minute session.
Wednesdays 6.10 - 7.00pm during term time. A fun 50 minute dance fitness workout with music you'll know and love from the 1970s to present day. High and low impact options.
Run in partnership with Chelmsford Athletic Club, for children aged 6 to 12. We give children coaching in a wide range of track and field events with our qualified coaches, whilst being introduced to club atmosphere and competitions.
Track based interval training sessions suitable for anyone capable of continuous running for 20mins/5K Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Whether you only played basketball in school, or used to play for a team, you could even be a beginner... Our sessions are Coach-led and open to all abilities and fitness levels; they are designed to be fun, inclusive and a good workout!
