This is a fantastic class for those who want to enjoy the benefits of Pilates but find getting up and down from the floor difficult. We use a range of equipment to get a full body workout and we have a lot of fun and laughter.
Our Functional Fitness Class supports older people to maintain a healthy active life. The class encompasses exercises to support Endurance, Strength, Agility, Balance and Co-ordination - everything you need to keep leading an active life! The class is suitable for all abilities and all ages (over 50!). Variations of exercises are provided to suit all abilities.

A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.
