Location/ activity will vary depending on heat/ wet and will cover a variety of drills, speeds and distances each week to keep you motivated and on-track for race goals or running improvement. Only £5 adults/£3 juniors, pay in the hall. Here players of a moderate experienced standard can play a fast paced game. Just turn up to pay-and-play. These sessions can be crowded at times so games may be shortened so no-one sits out for long!
This gentle, yet invigorating flow focuses on soft, therapeutic poses linked together in a flowing sequence. A slower-paced practice with a focus on cooling, relaxing, and grounding postures where students will be guided to connect each pose with their breath to harmonise mind, body and soul. Expect to experience a sense of deep relaxation combined with movement designed to improve circulation and range of motion, whilst calming the nervous system. Wheelchair Rugby League training sessions. No experience necessary! The only sport where able bodied and disabled people can play on the same team!
Glenburn Table Tennis Club provides table tennis coaching from beginner to international level and at the moment have children covering that full range of abilities.
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
A low/no impact full body conditioning technique to build strength, flexibility and stability, especially in the deep core muscles back and hips. A technique that is used across the globe for body maintenance, injury prevention, rehab and sporting performance.
A lane swim for individuals with disabilities or additional needs who may prefer a less crowded session.
Monday evening 7-8pm is for 8-16years only. Monday 8.15-9.15pm is for anyone aged 16years+. Wednesday session 7-9pm is a mixed aged session for anyone 8 years and over. The sessions can also be adapted for wheelchair users.
Come down to Loughborough Rugby Club for some fun in the sun! No experience necessary, all ages and genders welcome to play some non contact walking rugby 7-8pm every Wednesday evening starting on 7th May 2025.
