We will also have a go at geocaching as a way to explore the amazing woodland environment. Little Victories Football Club is for children aged four to 16 who have cerebral palsy.
Our Community Club in Sutton runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. The club offers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including football, basketball, cricket, tennis, boccia and more. Our sports club is open to anyone with a disability aged 8 years and over. Siblings, parents, carers and support workers can join for free! The club is welcoming, fun and engaging for everyone! Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.
Inclusive Bounce is a specific session dedicated to children & adults with additional needs and abilities with reduce noise and no tannoy announcements. Usual Trampoline ratios apply – These can be found on our website
Why not try something different and try to walk on water inside a giant ball. You can go in fully clothed and you don’t even get wet.
