Each chair yoga session will include: an initial grounding, some gentle joint freeing/spine mobility, modified yoga poses, gentle breath-work to calm and help regulate the nervous system and a final relaxation/meditation. Chair yoga makes yoga accessible to those who are either uncomfortable or unable to stand for extended periods of time and/or those who have difficulty transitioning from standing to the floor or vice-versa.
A Soft Play session with a focus on children up to 10 years with special educational needs and disabilities. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be work at all times.
A gentle form of yoga, focused on holding the poses and breathing into the muscles. An excellent class for beginners and all levels.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Join this free Wellbeing walk, for fresh air and fitness in a friendly environment. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, led by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. The walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join the group at the advertised time. The route starts and finishes at the same location.
