We run a recreational walking football session for ladies over 40 and men over 50. No experience necessary.
Gentle Pilates allows the mind to relax, body to unwind, and to find a deeper connection between physical and emotional being through the use of linking movement and breath. This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.

Our aim is to encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
