Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.
Fun Fizzicle is a mixture or free play and organised fun and games designed to occupy children with additional needs whilst their parents/carers relax in our cafe. Parents are also welcome to join in with the activities.
