Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all – though aimed particularly at people who are presently doing little or no exercise – and usually last for about an hour. Meeting at 9.45 at the main entrance of Newquay Zoo for a slow paced 30-40 minute weekly walk that will start at 10am. The 13 acre site has a circular path which is fully accessible to those with mobility issues, users of mobility aids. The walk is a friendly social group organised by the Health Coaches and Social Prescribers at the two Newquay Surgeries.
