A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
Chair-based Aerobics classes are a great way to get you exercising without the fear of falling. Seated exercise is good for mobility function, strength training and social inclusion
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
We will be hosting Walking Cricket for 50's and above, if you or someone you know would like to get involved then please sign up for more information!
