Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Each booking is for 1 child and 1 adult. Children (including siblings) who are outside the specified age for this class are not permitted. The only exception is for babies (pre-walking) who can accompany the parent/guardian and the booked child. Doors close 10 minutes after the class has started.
A fun and inclusive drop in Badminton session for Adults with a disability. Carers are welcome to attend and support.

A walking session where we focus on fitness. This is definitely not a ramble but is suitable for most abilities. To work on fitness we utilise the hills of Ledbury, vary speed and incorporate arm work. A great way to build up fitness and also the opportunity for those wishing to start/return to running after an injury or training break. Chair yoga is practiced either sitting or using chairs for support in various postures and is designed to mindfully increase range of motion while meeting students where they are. This class is ideal for students with limited mobility or healing from injury.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
This session is ideal for those with physical disabilities, mobility issues or long-term health conditions. Using our warmer temperature small pool to provide a calm, gentle environment for swimmers.
